We are looking for a passionate and efficient Communications Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture Team. In this role, you will be hands-on and take charge of a diverse range of communication and brand projects and play a key role in ensuring the timely execution of the activities outlined in our annual wheel.
Your primary responsibility is ensuring that details are covered, plans are made, and all related deliverables are executed with high quality. The projects can vary from guaranteeing the effective execution of all communication elements for upcoming events, ensuring the seamless running of our monthly virtual meeting with our CEO, to taking the lead in ensuring the timely completion of important deadlines for creating our annual report, all while managing multiple stakeholders. In other words, you will be the glue that makes sure all the pieces fall into place and that our communication projects run on track.
You will coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with our Communication & Brand Manager, Graphic Designer, and Employer Branding Specialist on the projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute brand and communication projects – internal as well as external
- Plan and organize monthly recurrent communication activities, including virtual updates with our CEO
- Plan and coordinate various communication assets, such as photoshoots and video productions for internal and external use
- Ensure that all the communication elements developed are aligned with our brand
Qualifications – we imagine that you:
- Hold a master's degree in a communication or marketing-related field
- Have a proven track record in coordinating and managing projects, especially in marketing and communication activities, and possess the ability to meet deadlines
- Possess solid skills in Microsoft tools and software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Have professional English and Danish speaking and writing skills
