Rethink Energy Trading.
We call it EnergyTech!
At InCommodities, we're rethinking how technology shapes the future of energy trading.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to help us continue to build and develop a lean and tech-centric finance function. A key focus of the role is to help the InCommodities team be able to operate autonomously and independently from our European colleagues.
We're seeking someone who is eager to take ownership, ensure quality, deliver exceptional solutions to the organization, and - most importantly - embrace a steep learning curve with the newest technologies.
What you'll do:
- overseeing the invoicing and cash needs of the business
- coordination of the monthly close processes
- working with the Finance Controller and CFO to ensure daily processes are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner
- helping maintain and improve our internal controls
- maintenance of the G/L (ERP) in conjunction with our external service providers
- systems and “financial tool” design
Your team
When you join the Finance team InCommodities, you are not just filling a role - you are becoming part of an ambitious and highly motivated team that wants to help build and support the energy trading company of tomorrow.
We work with the newest technology and build the right solutions from the start! We embrace a learning-by-doing approach to explore new technologies and create real impact.
We’re part of a global community rethinking how technology and energy meet - with offices in Denmark, the US, and now across APAC.

You probably tick several of these boxes (and if not, don’t worry - curiosity goes a long way here):
- 3-7 years of experience in a financial controlling or accounting functions
- qualifications in accounting or finance

- steep learning curve in one of the most interesting and ever-changing industries
- high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and support
- flat and transparent organization that values bold thinking and open feedback
- great colleagues who engage socially and excel professionally
- unique company culture where we live up to our values: Honesty, Transparency, and Rethink, and where you don’t have to abide by a dress code or meaningless bureaucracy
- health insurance, flexible working, and time off that lets you recharge
- paid lunch, snacks, and great coffee at the office
Redy to Rethink Energy Trading?
