At InCommodities, we’re rethinking how technology shapes energy trading. We’re looking for an ambitious IT Support and Infrastructure Specialist who loves solving problems and is ready to take their career further.
You’ll keep our trading offices running and work directly with our endpoint and cloud infrastructure from day one. You’ll build reliable systems and automate routine tasks, making everyday support easier and creating an excellent experience for our colleagues.
We’ll teach you platform engineering, infrastructure as code, and how to run a production cloud with confidence. Along the way, we’ll help you develop the skills to take on more senior responsibilities. Bring your curiosity and a willingness to dive in, and we’ll help you grow.
What you'll do:
- Take ownership of everyday IT support across APAC, helping traders, quants, analysts, and developers and keeping laptops, trading desks, and meeting rooms running smoothly. See each issue through to resolution.
- Take full responsibility for our endpoint, identity, and access environments, including mobile device management (MDM), zero trust security, and zero trust connectivity. Own their configuration, maintenance, security, and ongoing improvement.
- Grow your cloud skills from day one. Pair with our engineers on access, permissions, and reviewed changes using infrastructure as code. Join incident reviews to learn how production cloud environments run and prepare for more senior responsibilities.
- Automate recurring tasks and turn repeated fixes into lasting improvements, reducing routine support work and giving colleagues a better experience.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for fixes and processes, helping colleagues and AI agents find answers faster and making knowledge easier to share.
Your team
You’ll join an ambitious TECH team building the technology behind the energy trading company of tomorrow. We explore new technologies, learn by doing, and turn ideas into reliable systems and practical improvements for our colleagues. You’ll work alongside engineers who share their knowledge, help you tackle challenges, and support your growth as you develop your cloud skills.
With offices in Denmark, the US, and across APAC, including Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, and New Zealand, you’ll be part of a global organization rethinking how technology and energy trading come together.
What you bring
We'd love to see:
- Practical work experience in IT support or infrastructure, helping colleagues and troubleshooting laptops, desk setups, and meeting room technology.
- Experience with endpoint management, MDM, identity and access management, and zero trust security and connectivity.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, permissions, and access controls.
- An instinct to automate recurring tasks, improve support processes, and document solutions clearly.
- Calm under pressure and clear communication, especially when trading teams need urgent support.
- Ownership, initiative, and attention to detail, with the drive to see issues through to resolution.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to develop your cloud and platform engineering skills.
Cloud certifications, a computer science degree, and production cloud experience are not required.
Bonus: Experience with PowerShell, Python, Git or infrastructure as code.
