What to expect
We are expanding our IT department with several key roles that will help shape the processes and organization of our development teams to keep up with our rapid growth.
Among others, we’re looking for an experienced senior developer for our Trade Capture & Operations team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability in the software solutions we design and build for our trading teams. At the same time, you’ll take a mentoring role in growing and maturing our amazing juniors to fit our ambitions of being an awesome workplace for developers.

Responsibilities:

Play a leading role in designing and building mission-critical solutions that our traders heavily rely on

Help shape the processes and organization within the team

Mature our existing portfolio of systems

Ensure high quality, scalability, and maintainability in new software solutions

Grow and mature our amazing juniors and foster a high-performance team mindset

Learn from and share your knowledge with your colleagues across the business
Some of the technologies we use:

F# (.NET, ASP.NET) – as the main platform

Python / TypeScript – when it fits a task better

Docker / Kubernetes – to make the deployment experience seamless
Qualifications - we imagine that you have:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience with software development, including all steps of the software development lifecycle: planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying

Experience with optimization of IT processes

Solid experience with stakeholder management and thrive with cross-functional collaboration

Experience with or interest in mentoring junior developers
