In this role, your primary focus will be to cooperate with the business and lead the process around entering new markets, investigating local requirements and gaining access to local TSO’s, trading venues and related market entities. It is a role where structure and overview are key and where time to market for the business is crucial. You will also be in contact with a lot of external stakeholders, and strong communications skills both written and oral are essential. You will be working with some of the brightest minds in the industry and have strong colleagues and sparring partners around you.


Your journey as a Market Access Specialist

During your onboarding, you will also be thoroughly introduced to your tasks, role, and responsibilities and quickly you will manage your own projects, tasks, and areas of responsibility.   • Structure and manage the process of entering new markets – investigate requirements for entering specific markets, obtain trading licenses, gain access to local TSO’s, exchanges and trading venues and much more

  • Ensure overview and perform all tasks relevant to ensure company presence within existing markets

  • Take ownership of and facilitate user and product administration practices on 3rd party platforms i.e. trader access to exchanges and trading venues

  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders across the organization such as our various Trading teams, IT, Finance


Qualifications – we imagine that you:

  • Have an educational background in Law, Business Administration, International Business or similar

  • Preferably have experience from a similar position in a trading company

  • Are fluent in English and any second language is an advantage

  • Have experience with external stakeholder management and an international outlook

  • Are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured

  • Have a curious mindset and are open to different tasks and challenges
