In this role, you will be a trusted partner to either our IT teams or trading teams. You will be responsible for identifying challenges and areas for improvement and delivering sparring and advice to leaders and teams to improve and overcome any obstacles. You will be working within the headlines of attract, retain and develop. This role requires that you love working with a broad spectrum of competencies, and you will be very hands-on while also having a strategic perspective – both on people and business. 

Besides being a People Partner to either IT or the trading teams, this role will also take an active part in developing our people development initiatives across the organization, ensuring that we can deliver a variety of development programs covering individual mastery, personal development, leaders, and much more. 


Your journey as People Partner 

You will be part of our People & Culture team consisting of 6 skilled, talented, and cool colleagues. We cover all aspects of people, culture, marketing, and communications. And we love what we do, and we love to have fun while doing it.

We will make sure to create the proper framework for you to get into the InCommodities culture. At the same time, you are expected to be both proactive and creative in your daily going to keep delivering on our promises and the organization's needs.

The role requires a good business understanding, so we have a thorough onboarding process lined up for you. We will ensure you know our business's ups and downs and get to know our people. In this process, you must be able to form reliable and trust-based connections across the business and with different stakeholders. 



  • Be a trusted partner and advisor for leaders and colleagues in all people-related areas

  • Be an active part of delivering on the strategic efforts to promote and enhance our strategic priorities – culture, development, cross-team collaboration, and values

  • Be part of developing and running development initiatives across the organization covering individual mastery, personal development, leaders, and much more

  • Support the development and implementation of people projects across the organization

  • Work closely together with the People & Culture team on projects from a broad perspective


Qualifications – we imagine that you: 

  • Have a relevant education in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or alike

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a similar position

  • Have a strong People toolbox and hands-on experience in attracting, retaining and developing

  • Preferable you have experience with the people development area and have a track record of developing and implementing development programs and initiatives

  • Have a strong analytical mindset, linking business strategy with people strategy

  • Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written in English
