- You challenge assumptions and constantly look for smarter ways of doing things
- You communicate clearly and confidently share your perspectives
- You collaborate openly and play for the team
- You stay curious, adaptable, and eager to improve
What you can expect from us
From day one, you’ll get a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and trust in a fast-moving, data-driven trading environment where your work has direct impact on trading strategies and market decisions. You’ll work alongside brilliant colleagues with deep domain knowledge and a strong team mindset, in a casual, no-fluff culture built on transparency, honesty, and rethinking the way things are done.
