We’re connecting frontier AI models directly to our trading infrastructure, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to make that work in production. Not prototypes. Not chatbots. Real systems that make decisions, call tools, and deliver outputs other systems depend on.

What you’ll do

You’ll design and build agentic AI systems that operate reliably in production environments
You’ll create workflows where AI agents manage context, call tools, and make decisions across complex tasks
You’ll build context management and retrieval pipelines so models have the right data at the right time
You’ll orchestrate multi-step workflows – from code generation and backtesting to execution integration
You’ll integrate AI systems with internal APIs, market data, and quantitative tools
You’ll ensure production readiness with solid testing, monitoring, and error handling
You’ll collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineers to turn market ideas into testable strategies

Your Team

You’ll join a small, focused team working at the intersection of AI, trading, and infrastructure. We move fast, test ideas quickly, and build systems that go straight into real-world use. You’ll have direct access to the people and systems that drive decisions – and the autonomy to shape how we use AI in trading.

What you bring

You’ve built AI systems that run in production – not just prototypes
You have experience with agent-based systems using tool calling, orchestration, or multi-step reasoning
You’ve worked with retrieval-augmented generation connected to real data pipelines
You understand context management, prompt design at the system level, and model integration patterns
You write clean, maintainable code that others can build on
You’re comfortable working across languages and systems – whether it’s Python, .NET, or something else
You’re fluent in English, written and spoken
