The Journey
At InCommodities Asset Management, we're not just building a company, we're facilitating the future of renewable energy.
Back in 2022, we launched our dedicated Asset Management (AM) team in Aarhus, Denmark, with a clear ambition: to accelerate the green transition by making renewable energy investments both attractive and bankable. Through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), we help renewable asset owners and producers unlock value, manage risk, and ensure stable, long-term returns.
In 2025, we took the next bold step, becoming an independent company. This move gives us full autonomy and a sharp commercial focus on asset trading and optimization.
Now, we’re a fast-growing team of 38+ ambitious professionals, and we’re just getting started. With big plans to scale across the entire renewable value chain, now is the perfect time to come on board and be part of something meaningful, and truly exciting.
Ready to rethink the future of energy with us?

About InCommodities Asset Management
We’re InCommodities Asset Management, and we're here to challenge how energy assets are traded and optimized.
As energy shifts away from fossil fuels, we help renewable asset owners stay ahead, by managing the complexity of integrating intermittent production in power markets. From delivering route to market to full power purchase agreements in order to secure bankability and optimizing performance, we turn volatility into stability and even opportunity.
Our approach is tech-driven. We combine advanced technologies with deep market expertise, applying quantitative models and automated strategies to deliver reliability, flexibility, and value.
Being initiated as a team in 2022 and growing into an autonomous business unit in 2025, we move with the mindset of a start-up: fast, focused, and ready to grow. As we continuously improve and rethink how we support our customers, we’re also shaping a place where curious minds and bold ideas thrive. If you're ready to challenge the status quo and build at the edge of the energy transition, this is the place to be.
Our culture
We value a strong social community with collaboration and teambuilding. The work culture is relaxed; you don’t have to abide by a dress code or a strict hierarchy, so you won’t be frustrated with too many rules, policies, or bureaucratic processes.
Our core values, honesty, transparency, and rethinking, are fundamental to how we engage with each other. Without honesty and transparency, we can't build trust, and trust among team members is the foundation of effective relationships and collaboration, ultimately for achieving better outcomes together. And as for rethinking, it’s deeply rooted in our DNA, pushing us to challenge the status quo and continuously develop and innovate.
In other words, InCommodities is not the average workplace, it's awesome.
