We are now looking for a structured and detail-oriented Student People Coordinator to make sure that details are covered, plans are made, systems are up to date, and deliverables are executed with high quality. 

In this role, you will be planning and coordinating different initiatives related to our Health & Well-being agenda, which is something we prioritize highly in the organization. You will also have tasks that are more data-driven, involving the responsibility for updating and maintaining several of our systems. In your role, you will be aligning with internal and external stakeholders and working closely with the People & Culture Team on different ad hoc tasks.

You will join a team consisting of 12 skilled, talented, and cool colleagues. In People & Culture, we cover all aspects of people, culture, development, and learning. Our sub-team, Branding & Communications, are responsible for everything related to internal and external communication, as well as employer branding. We are an ambitious team who love what we do, and we love to have fun while doing it. This is one of the cornerstones of the environment you will be part of.   

Your journey as a Student People Coordinator

When you join InCommodities, we will ensure you get the best possible introduction to our organization and business. Therefore, you will start out with our thoroughly planned onboarding program where you will be introduced to the business, your tasks, and the organization in general. This will all be done together with a group of new colleagues who are joining at the same time as you.

You are expected to work approximately two days per week and flexibility is of course available when required during exam periods or when otherwise needed.

Responsibilities – you will:

  • Plan and coordinate Health & Well-being initiatives 
  • Support the implementation of a new HR system 
  • Update and maintain our digital workspace (Confluence) 
  • Plan and coordinate team meetings and events
  • Order various merchandise and goods for the office
  • Assist our Facility Manager when needed 
  • Execute various ad hoc tasks related to both People & Culture and Branding & Communications

Qualifications – we imagine that you: 

  • Are currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Economics, Communication, HR, Information Management, Strategy, or similar
  • Have a structured approach to your job and enjoy planning, coordinating, and executing
  • Have a flair for learning and operating new systems
  • Have a general interest in the field of People & Culture 
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in English – both written and oral

  • Are detail-oriented and quality-conscious in your deliveries
  • Have a pragmatic approach to your work 
  • Have great stakeholder management skills 
  • Take pride in getting things done – both small scale and large scale
