As a graduate of our Technology track, you can expect to fast-track your competencies across several tech disciplines. Going from back-end to front-end solutions, you will work closely with stakeholders in the business. You could participate in projects ranging from developing new features for end users, over assisting the business in their data analysis, to automating collection of data for our algorithms and analysts. You will get a deep understanding of manual trading and the markets we operate in and be a key player in strengthening the bridge between Tech and the rest of our organization.

Your background could be in Computer Science or Software Engineering, but we know many ways lead to Tech, and the most important factor is your interest and natural talent for programming. You should have knowledge of either F# or other functional languages, C#, JavaScript, or SQL, as those will be the foundation for your first rotation.

After 18 months as a graduate, you could end up in a position as a Data Intelligence Specialist, Software Developer, or something completely different
